We are located at 4340 Morsay Drive Rockford, IL 61107, right behind Rock River Ford on East State St. Because we value your health and well-being, your first doctor’s consultation is NO CHARGE! A physician will take your history, review test results (if any) concerning your condition and discuss with you available treatment options. A referral is not necessary to come to our clinic. If our services are not what’s best for you, we will make a referral to the appropriate specialist. Another thing we will do for you is verify your insurance and answer all your questions so that you may feel comfortable in understanding your insurance benefits and our care. If you don’t have insurance, we have flexible payment plans including low monthly payment plans available. We are confident that with our programs, everyone can afford care. If you have had any test/s done within the last two years, may it be an X-Ray, MRI, NCV/EMG, you can fax or email (morsay@tds.net) us a copy of the results so that the doctor can go over it even before you come in for your first doctor’s appointment. Please call us for our fax number. If you do not have a copy of your test, don’t worry, we can request for a copy of the results for you from the hospital or facility you have had it done. This way, the results will be ready by the time you come in.
